Ms. Low Chee Yen has been Head of Healthcare Support for Commercial at UEM Edgenta Berhad since February 2019. Ms. Low served as Head of Corporate Development, Planning and Strategy at UEM Edgenta Berhad since September 15, 2014. Ms. Low served as the Head of Corporate Planning at UEM Edgenta Berhad (formerly known as Faber Group Berhad). She served as Head of Corporate Planning & Strategy at Faber Group Bhd. She has more than 13 years of experience in private equity investments, M&A, corporate finance and advisory with array of expertise including deal origination, structuring, leading negotiation and execution, exit planning and turnaround.

Prior to joining UEM, Ms. Low served as an Associate Director of CIMB Investment Bank Bhd and was also previously attached to KPMG Corporate Advisory Services, Malaysia. She served as Director of Opus International Consultants Limited since May 08, 2017 until December 06, 2017 and Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director at Opus International Consultants (UK) Limited since May 11, 2017 until December 06, 2017. Ms. Low is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds Bachelor’s Degree in economics and finance from RMIT University, Australia.
