Rod Frazer is the Managing Director (MD) of Siemens Healthineers Malaysia, where he leads a team of near 200 professionals, accountable for innovation and solutions that help healthcare providers improve medical outcomes for patients nationwide.
Passionate, self-driven and result oriented, Rod’s involvement in the healthcare industry marks a distinguished career spanning three decades. Earlier, Rod had a successful international tenure with Roche Diagnostics where he was responsible for business development in the expanding international private sector in Asia Pacific. He also served as the General Manager of Roche Diagnostics in Malaysia before joining Siemens Healthineers in 2016.

In his capacity as the MD of Siemens Healthineers in Malaysia, Rod guides the company strategy and vision to envision the future of healthcare where medicine becomes more precise and affordable, value is at the heart of care delivery, patients are treated as consumers, and healthcare becomes digital.
Rod is a graduate of Macquarie University, Australia with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales. He resides in Kuala Lumpur with his family.
